Interesting facts about the Vatican City Library

We all know Vatican City is surrounded by Rome, Italy. As far as the general public knows, the Vatican City is headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church, home to the Pope and a trove of iconic art and architecture. The city has one of the most famous and oldest libraries in the world.

But ever thought about that what is so special at The Vatican city library. To be more precise what is commonly known as ‘Vatican Secret Archives’. The 85km of shelving in the Vatican's Secret Archives holds manuscripts and publications accumulated over more than 12 centuries.

It is restricted section in the Vatican City library. No one is allowed to browse the Archives – they’re called Secret for a reason! -And who so ever want access to these areas, must specifically ask to view a particular text, only select scholars, academics, and journalists are allowed to enter the Archives.

The library is home to original letters written by Michelangelo, documents relating to expenditure, correspondence, and even an entreaty written on birch bark by the Canadian Ojibwe tribe in 1887.

Yes that is true and we are not denying it, but there is so much more you should know about what is there in the ‘Vatican Secret Archives’ of the Vatican city library.

We did a research and found out a few of the conspiracy theories about the Secret Archives:

1. JESUS
Firstly the most famous conspiracy that believe there may be a hidden proof in the Vatican library that Jesus did not exist. We’ve got to say, that would definitely be something the Catholic Church would want to hide. Sounds interesting? Is not it?

2. EXTRA TERRITORIALS
yes you read that right, there may be evidence of Aliens life forms, such as extraterrestrial body preserved. Not only this, but there are rumors that these Archives contain evidence that the Pope is conspiring with aliens to implant us all with computer chips. Sounds creepy, Right?.

3. ONE OF THE LARGEST COLLECTION PORNOGRAPHY
this one was disturbing for me. But apparently, these Archives contain the largest collection of pornography. We are not saying this on our own. Infact this statement is confirmed not only by Copenhagen Museum Erotica(where visitors are routinely informed that the Vatican holds the largest collection of erotica in the world), but also in writings by noted feminist scholar Camille Paglia and National Review founder William F. Buckley, Jr.

4. ILLUMINATI
many people speculate that these Archives are controlled by the Illuminati. Those people are probably right, but not in the sense that celebrities like Rihanna, Pitbull etc.  have a hand in archival curation. Entertainers are too occupied to work on these archives, obviously. Yet, after its medieval dissolution, the Illuminati slowly and slowly built itself up, electing their members to go into the highest offices in the world. One such offices includes the Vatican City, where so many high figures, including the Archivists, are likely Illuminati members.

5 CHRONOVISIOR
Now this is sci-fi stuff , it is way too over hyped. The Chronovisor is likely to be a machine that allows its users to view past and future events. The device is said to have been built by an Italian priest and scientist, so he could record evidence of Christ’s crucifixion. And Of course, as there is no record of the machine,  but as it pretty much famous conspiracies so we thought you should know about this conspiracies too.
